Waitlist

When you join the waitlist we store the information you type: your name, email, city and, if you give them, your Instagram or TikTok handle, follower range, business name, phone, type of business and budget range. We also record the language of the page, where on the site you signed up and, if you came through an invite link, the id of the member who invited you. We use this to tell you when your city opens, to plan the launch and to credit referral Pointeos at launch. We do not sell this information. Email contact@eosloan.com to leave the list or to have your record deleted.

Eos Rewards program terms

  1. What it is. Eos Rewards is a loyalty program operated by Eos for members of the Eos app. Partner businesses fund challenges; members who complete a challenge and whose post is approved by the business earn Pointeos. It is not a bank account, an investment or an offer of credit.
  2. Pointeos. One Pointeo can be redeemed for $0.20 credited to the member’s Eos account, or for a prize from the program catalogue, subject to the minimum redemption and availability stated in the app. Pointeos have no value outside the program, cannot be sold or transferred, and may expire as stated in the app.
  3. Before launch. The program is launching city by city. Nothing on this site creates a balance or a right to Pointeos before launch. Referral Pointeos (5 per friend who joins through your link) are credited at launch to members who complete sign-up in the Eos app, and only for genuine, distinct sign-ups.
  4. Posts. Members post from their own social accounts and are responsible for their content, including following the platform’s rules and disclosing paid partnerships where the law or the platform requires it. By submitting a post for a challenge, the member allows the partner business and Eos to repost it with credit. Eos may reject or remove posts that are offensive, misleading, infringing or outside the brief.
  5. Businesses. Partner businesses prepay Pointeos in packs and pay only for posts they approve. Reach, views and post counts shown on this site are estimates for illustration; Eos does not guarantee results. Pack prices, rewards and the program rules may change before launch.
  6. Prizes. Prizes are catalogue items subject to availability, delivery conditions and any dates stated in the app. Where a prize is unavailable, the member may redeem its stated dollar value instead. Brands shown are examples and are not sponsors or partners unless stated.
  7. Taxes. Rewards may be taxable. Members and businesses are responsible for their own taxes.
  8. Changes. Eos may change, pause or end the program with notice in the app. Pointeos already earned will be honored as the program rules describe at the time.
